ThriveWorks provides AI strategy consulting, corporate training, educational solutions, and system design. All proposals, training materials, and outcomes are provided based on the specific requirements agreed upon in the statement of work.

As a client or user, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information necessary for the execution of our services. You agree not to use our services or website for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

All content, training materials, methodologies, and system designs provided by ThriveWorks remain our intellectual property unless explicitly transferred in writing. Clients are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the deliverables solely for their internal business or educational purposes.

To the maximum extent permitted by Singapore law, ThriveWorks shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of our services or AI implementations.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
